Lower Glider Rope Keeper

  • Make sure the rope keeper on the Lower Glider points straight downwards. The vertical position of the low glider prevents the rope from fraying.

Bolts that need to be tight to prevent fraying of pulley rope

  • Incorrect position of the rope keeper to the left
  • Correct position of the rope keeper to the right

Pay attention to loose nuts and bolts

Re-tighten nuts and bolts after the pulley has "settled" normally within a week or two after the pulley has been put into use. Check monthly thereafter.
