SPEED or STANDARD?

What's the difference between SPEED and STANDARD pulleys? The difference is WHEEL RATIO. When you have more wheels the rope transfers through, the less RESISTANCE of the weight stack is felt when pulling the handle. So the more wheels you have, the less resistance you get.

A SPEED PULLEY has 12 WHEELS whereas a STANDARD PULLEY has 5 WHEELS.​
